Jero Brown brings decades of hands-on community service in St. Lucie County and a practical understanding of how transportation barriers affect individuals and families.
As a local small-business owner and automotive mechanic, he has spent more than 25 years serving the community—helping families with vehicle repairs needed for medical travel, driving a community church bus, donating vehicles, participating in street outreach, and visiting residents in nursing homes.
Those experiences shaped the vision for Absolute Community Access: transportation should be built around the person’s complete journey, with dignity, safety, clear communication, and the appropriate level of non-medical support.

The network is designed not to replace public transit, paratransit, Medicaid NEMT, VA/DAV transportation, or existing NEMT companies. It is designed to coordinate across them, identify gaps, and use new capacity where existing options cannot meet the rider’s functional needs.
